Unió de Pagesos demana més facilitats en la contractació de temporers per a la propera campanya agrària

L'organització agrària també reclama mesures per evitar una excessiva tributació de la pagesia que percebi els ajuts per les gelades i estigui en el sistema d'estimació directa de l'IRPF.

Unió de Pagesos ha plantejat la Taula sectorial agrària de la fruita dolça, convocada aquest dijous pel Departament d’Acció Climàtica, Alimentació i Agenda Rural, diferents mesures per facilitar la contractació de temporers i poder fer front a la pròxima campanya agrària amb normalitat. Entre altres, demana que s’articulin les vies legals necessàries per poder contractar persones residents actualment a Catalunya però que no estan en situació regularitzada. Una altra petició passa per recuperar els ajuts per als allotjaments de temporers. D’altra banda, l’organització agrària reclama mesures per evitar una excessiva tributació de la pagesia que percebi els ajuts per les gelades i estigui en el sistema d’estimació directa de l’IRPF.

Pel que fa a la contractació, Unió de Pagesos demana al Govern que traslladi al govern espanyol excepcions pel que fa a certs requisits en matèria laboral que, segons l’entitat, “no s’ajusten a les necessitats que té la pagesia” (flexibilitat respecte als requisits per registrar les hores de treball i recuperació de treballadors fixes discontinus). Així mateix, reclama convocar els ajuts per als allotjaments de temporers “perquè siguin útils” amb vista a la pròxima campanya. També demana que s’articulin les vies legals necessàries per poder contractar persones residents actualment a Catalunya però que no estan en situació regularitzada, tal com ja ha reclamat Unió de Pagesos al govern de l’Estat.

Entre altres qüestions, l’organització agrària també ha plantejat que les resolucions dels ajuts a les gelades per als beneficiaris que tributen pel sistema d’estimació directa de l’IRPF tinguin data del 2023, a fi i efecte d'”evitar una excessiva tributació aquest 2022, quan s’han produït greus danys climàtics”.

Finalment, ha sol·licitat consens a l’hora d’establir la llista dels municipis afectats pels danys climàtics d’aquest any i per la qual la pagesia que tributa sota el règim d’estimació indirecta de l’IRPF (sistema de mòduls) veurà adequada la seva fiscalitat, amb l’objectiu d'”evitar que cap municipi afectat en quedi exclòs”.
