Tretze restaurants del Berguedà oferiràn menús de temporada amb bolets durant aquests dos messos

El bolet torna a agafar protagonisme als restaurants del Berguedà. Des d’aquest cap de setmana i fins el 17 novembre, 13 restaurants d’una desena de municipis participen en la campanya la ‘Cuina del Bolet’ i oferiran menús de temporada amb bolets. Els promotors han incrementat el pressupost de la campanya, que ha passat dels prop de 4.000 als 5.000 euros, i esperen superar la xifra de l’any passat, quan es van servir 1.200 menús. Els preus oscil·len entre els 18 i 68 euros, un pèl més cars que l’any passat per compensar l’increment dels costos de l’energia. Des de l’Agència del Desenvolupament del Berguedà, el seu president, Lluís Vall, ha posat de relleu la feina dels restauradors i ha fet una crida al civisme dels boletaires.

La campanya boletaire arrenca al Berguedà amb la 22a edició de la Cuina del Bolet. Un any més, 13 restaurants de la comarca oferiran menús amb els bolets com a protagonistes. L’objectiu és situar el Berguedà com “un punt gastronòmic important” que aposta pel producte de temporada i de proximitat.

 

Tots els restaurants oferiran un menú diferent amb el bolet com a protagonista, des dels aperitius fins a les postres. Els preus d’aquests menús oscil·len entre els 19 i els 68 euros. El president d’Hostaleria i Turisme del Berguedà, Jordi Badia, ha destacat la bona resposta dels restauradors en l’any de recuperació de la normalitat de la campanya, després dels dos anys de pandèmia. En aquest sentit, ha posat en valor l’esforç dels restauradors d’oferir preus ajustats amb productes de temporada i del territori.

 

Enguany, com a novetat, l’Associació d’Agroturisme del Berguedà ha posat en marxa un concurs a través de les xarxes socials. Hi podrà participar tothom i el premi és una estada en un allotjament de turisme rural de la comarca.

Temporada mitjanament optimista

La temporada boletaire s’ha avançat i ja fa setmanes que hi ha boletaires als boscos de la comarca. El president de la Penya Boletaire de Berga, Ramon Minoves, ha explicat que, malgrat la sequera, la temporada es presenta “mitjanament optimista”. Minoves també s’ha sumat a la crida de l’Agència del Desenvolupament del Berguedà i ha demanat respecte i civisme als boletaires.
