L’estació meteorològica de Malniu (Cerdanya), situada a 2.230 metres, ha mesurat 10 centímetres de neu, el gruix més important en un mes de juny dels seus 19 anys de dades, segons ha informat el Servei Meteorològic de Catalunya. Aquest dimarts ha nevat al Pirineu i al Prepirineu per sobre dels 1.800 metres. Que nevi al juny a l’alta muntanya pirinenca, però, és relativament freqüent. Ho va fer, per exemple el 10 i 11 de juny del 2000, amb 40 centímetres a la Bonaigua (2.266). La neu va arribar a Vielha.
