L’Escola Agrària del Pallars impulsa una jornada tècnica sobre l’autonomia alimentaria i l’economia rural

Aquesta iniciativa ha estat la primera que s’ha organitzat des del Grup d’Acció Territorial per a les Dones Rurals de l’Alt Pirineu i Aran i Lleida, creat pel DACC.

L’Escola Agrària del Pallars, centre públic del Departament d’Acció Climàtica, Alimentació i Agenda Rural (DACC), ha impulsat aquest mes de desembre la jornada tècnica ‘Importància de l’autonomia alimentària, les accions comunitàries i la cura a l’economia rural’, que ha rebut una quarantena d’assistents.

Aquesta iniciativa ha estat la primera que s’ha organitzat des del Grup d’Acció Territorial per a les Dones Rurals de l’Alt Pirineu i Aran i Lleida, creat pel DACC i del qual l’Escola Agrària del Pallars en format part, juntament amb altres entitats. Aquest grup té la finalitat de posar en marxa actuacions per dinamitzar polítiques públiques que reconeguin el paper de la dona en el món rural, en el marc del Programa de Dones del Món Rural i Marítim 2022-2025.

A la jornada s’ha destacat el valor afegit que aporten l’autonomia alimentària, les accions comunitàries i la cura a l’economia rural a l’economia i també, al servei de la comunitat, ajudant al desenvolupament rural. Diverses ponents han compartit aquest espai de reflexió i debat, des d’una visió teòrica i pràctica, i des de la perspectiva de l’economia de gènere.

Una d’elles ha estat Lourdes Beneria, economista de reconegut prestigi internacional, pionera de l’economia feminista i catedràtica emèrita de la Universitat Cornell de Nova York, que ha parlat sobre la importància de l’economia de les cures i la incorporació d’aquesta a les estadístiques econòmiques dels estats a partir del segle XXI. També ha fet referència a l’atenció a les persones, un treball invisible que normalment desenvolupen les dones de “forma precària” i, que “s’ha de reconèixer”.

D’altra banda, s’ha tractat l’adaptació dels sistemes agroalimentaris rurals des d’una perspectiva ecològica i feminista, amb Federica Ravera, investigadora del Programa Ramon i Cajal i professora del Departament de Geografia de la Universitat de Girona.

Des d’una visió més local, Mireia Font, empresària de turisme rural i promotora de les iniciatives de Senterada Comestible i Gratitud Pallars, ha focalitzat la seva ponència en accions de producció d’autonomia alimentària comunitària. A més a més, s’han presentat projectes creatius i innovadors amb herbes, de la mà de Vicky Mateu, neuròpata, tea sommelier i copropietària de l’Infús.

Totes aquestes ponents han explicat, des d’una perspectiva feminista, com s’estan incorporant projectes creatius i innovadors de producció i autonomia alimentària de caràcter comunitari en zones de muntanya, que tenen com a objectiu la sobirania alimentària i la sostenibilitat.

Finalment, Núria Fontanet, coordinadora territorial de l’Alt Pirineu i Aran del DACC, ha exposat la nova PAC i els ajuts del desenvolupament rural, centrant-se en els ajuts dirigits a les dones.

Tanmateix, s’ha comptat amb la presència i col·laboració de Marta Ibars, coordinadora tècnica en Aspectes Comunitaris dels Serveis Territorials del DACC a Lleida, i Roser Bombardó, directora general de Polítiques de Muntanya i del Litoral del Departament de Territori, que han fet la presentació de la jornada.

S’ha aprofitat l’acte per presentar el Grup d’Acció Territorial per a les Dones Rurals de l’Alt Pirineu i Aran i Lleida, creat pel DACC. Es tracta d’una entitat que vol donar suport i facilitar sinergies i xarxes relacionals des de la proximitat a les dones del món rural, així com informar-les de forma proactiva de quines són les seves possibilitats per tirar endavant projectes personals i professionals.

La jornada, que ha tingut una molta bona acollida per part del públic, s’ha enfocat com un espai de reconeixement a les dones, tant pel desenvolupament econòmic i social, com pel benestar de les persones i el planeta.
