L’associació Albera Sense Frontera reclama al prefecte dels Pirineus Orientals que reobri els passos fronterers

L’associació Albera Sense Fronteres ha reclamat per escrit al prefecte dels Pirineus Orientals que reobri els passos fronterers tancats des del gener del 2021. L’entitat, que es va constituir a principis d’estiu, vol forçar així una resposta per escrit en un termini de quatre mesos i obrir la porta, si s’escau, a la via contenciosa. “Una resposta negativa explícita o implícita per silenci administratiu obre la via a presentar un recurs davant del Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Montpeller i, d’aquesta manera, portar a la via judicial una situació que sembla que no es vol resoldre políticament”, asseguren en un comunicat.

L’entitat, que ja aplega més de 700 associats, confia que el prefecte s’avingui a reobrir-los i no calgui arribar fins als tribunals.
