La Terra Alta celebra el dia de la dona rural amb una jornada d’homenatge a les dones rurals de l’Ebre

Assistents a la jornada del Dia Internacional de les Dones Rurals que s'ha celebrat al celler Herència Altés de Gandesa

La Terra Alta ha acollit la jornada d’homenatge a les dones rurals de les Terres de l’Ebre. La trobada, amb més de 150 inscrites, ha inclos tallers tècnics per debatre i reflexionar sobre el paper de la dona en el sector primari i sobre quines han de ser les estratègies per empoderar-les. “Hem d’aconseguir que les dones productores estiguin en els llocs on es prenen les decisions”, ha defensat la consellera d’Acció Climàtica, Alimentació i Agenda Rural, Teresa Jordà. L’acte s’ha celebrat aquest passat divendres al celler Herència Altés de Gandesa, on s’han lliurat diplomes de reconeixement de mentoria professional a dones nascudes al segle XX, biografies silenciades de 184 ebrenques que ara recull un llibre.

Segons dades del Departament d’Acció Climàtica, les dones representen una quarta part de l’afiliació al sector, menys quan és per compte propi, i el mateix percentatge com a propietàries de terrenys o embarcacions, i també en la representació al món associatiu i les taules sectorials. Ara bé, només un 3% ocupen càrrecs de lideratge en les organitzacions.

 

Teresa Jordà, consellera d’Acció Climàtica, ha defensat que cal incorporar les dones del sector primari en les organitzacions, consells rectors de les cooperatives, associacions perquè el paper de les dones és clau en la presa de decisions que han de marcar el futur. “És imprescindible per continuar endavant i falcar aquest futur que serà verd i feminista o no serà”, ha defensat Jordà.

 

En la jornada al celler Herència Altés de Gandesa s’ha presentat el Programa de Dones del Món Rural i Marítim de Catalunya 2022-2025. “Jornades com les d’avui amb tallers tan concrets ajuden a omplir el quart eix del programa que és actiu i com un calaix de sastre”, ha explicat Jordà.

En aquest sentit, la consellera d’Igualtat i Feminismes, Tània Vergés, ha destacat que les polítiques per aconseguir aquesta fita també han d’incloure el reconeixement i l’homenatge a aquelles dones amb vides i professions silenciades. De fet, s’ha fet a Gandesa la segona edició de programa de mentoria professional a dones rurals de les Terres de l’Ebre, dones pioneres en el sector primari però també per la seva contribució en el desenvolupament rural i l’arrelament al territori.

 

Finalment, s’ha lliurat i presentat el llibre Dones rurals de les Terres de l’Ebre amb la biografia i la vida silenciada de 184 dones de tots els municipis de les quatre comarques del territori, totes elles nascudes al segle XX.
