L’Escola de pesca del Pallars acosta l’esport als més petits

L’Escola de pesca del Pallars Sobirà, ubicada a Baro, funciona a ple rendiment des del passat 16 de març. Durant aquest temps hi han passat un total de 23 nens amb l’objectiu d’aprendre a pescar i conèixer els ecosistemes aquàtics. D’aquesta manera, el centre es vol significar per potenciar la pesca sense mort a la comarca pel que han programat activitat de franc durant els caps de setmana de la temporada de pesca. A més a més, l’Escola de pesca també vol ser una eina per ajudar a la gent que fa temps que pesca a perfeccionar la tècnica. Meritxell Cases, tècnica de l’Escola, ha explicat que no tot és pescar i també s’estan preparant campanyes d’educació ambiental per valorar els sistemes aquàtics de la comarca.

Totes les activitats que organitza l’Escola, ubicada a l’edifici de les antigues escoles de Baro, de franc gràcies a un ajut que el Departament d’Agricultura va atorgar a l’Ajuntament de Soriguera. El consistori ha apostat per aquest projecte amb la idea de recuperar la tradició esportiva a la comarca i inculcar-lo als més petits
