El Pallars Jussà contra la MAT

Els municipis del Pallars Jussà afectats pel projecte que preveu el pas d’una línia d’alta tensió LAAT Monsó-Isona, Tremp, Castell de Mur, Gavet de la Conca i Isona i Conca Dellà, han fet un front comú i s’han manifestat unànimement en contra del projecte. Així ho han fet públic en el marc del Consell d’Alcaldes del Pallars Jussà celebrat dimarts. Els municipis han acordat presentar al·legacions al projecte davant el govern de l’Estat per tal de frenar-lo. També es va posicionar en el mateix sentit el delegat de l’Alt Pirineu i Aran, Ricard Pérez, que va assistir a la sessió. Pérez va dir que espera que en breu la Generalitat prengui un posicionament també en aquest sentit.

Els alcaldes dels municipis afectats van acordar sol·licitar una pròrroga per poder preparar adequadament el seu argumentari, donat que des que van rebre la notificació de la subdelegació del govern de l’Estat fa pocs dies, tenen només fins al 22 d’octubre per presentar-hi al·legacions.

 

Per la seva banda, el Consell Comarcal de Pallars Jussà prestarà assistència tècnica als municipis afectats per tal d’elaborar aquestes al·legacions, 3 dels quals ja tenen un tècnic del Consell com a arquitecte municipal. Durant el plenari del consell d’alcaldes es va analitzar el projecte i es van descriure les línies sobre les quals es basaran les al·legacions per oposar-se al projecte.

 

Algunes d’aquestes al·legacions giraran al voltant de les afectacions que provoca en zones catalogades d’interès geològic que formen part del Geoparc Origens i que per tant estan sotmeses a una protecció especial europea. També es posarà de manifest l’impacte que les 56 torres que s’instal·laran a la comarca i el traçat de 26 kilòmetres provocaran en el paisatge. Així mateix, també s’al·legarà que algunes de les torres estan projectades a pocs metres de zones habitades i d’interès patrimonial.
