El TSJC multa un caçador furtiu que va matar un isard i va penjar-ne una foto a Instagram

L'home no podrà obtenir la llicència en 5 anys i també haurà de pagar una indemnització de 2.103 euros al Departament.

El TSJC ha confirmat una multa de 3.068,18 euros contra un caçador furtiu denunciat pel Departament d’Acció Climàtica que va ser descobert al novembre de 2017 després de publicar a Instagram una foto amb l’isard que havia caçat a Espot (Pallars Sobirà). Segons  fonts properes al cas, és un dels primers cops que els Agents Rurals poden resoldre una actuació contra el furtivisme gràcies a una imatge penjada a les xarxes socials. El tribunal ha desestimat el recurs d’alçada que havia interposat el caçador, que va capturar il·legalment l’isard sense autorització ni llicència de caça. L’home no podrà obtenir la llicència en 5 anys i també haurà de pagar una indemnització de 2.103 euros al Departament.

Segons recull la sentència, els fets es remunten al novembre de 2017, quan el furtiu va abatre l’isard i va penjar una foto al seu perfil d’Instagram on sortia ell amb el rifle i l’isard mort. Els Agents Rurals van iniciar una investigació que els va portar al lloc exacte de la foto, al paratge del Camp, a Espot, i les restes de l’isard mort, decapitat. A més a més, van poder ubicar al denunciat a la zona mitjançant unes càmeres de foto-trampeig que els agents havien instal·lat davant d’una altra actuació furtiva a la zona uns dies abans.

El jutge considera que tant la prova directa presentada pels Agents Rurals per identificar l’autor mitjançant les càmeres instal·lades on va tenir lloc la captura il·legal, com també múltiples indicis que van permetre concloure amb l’autoria dels fets sancionables.
