El món rural paga injustament la pandèmia

Les incapacitats del govern espanyol i el fet que les autonomies gestionin la pandèmia sense tenir la clau de la caixa provoca moltes injustícies. Així veiem que, mentre Pedro Sánchez embolcalla les vacunes amb la bandera d’Espanya, també impedeix que les regions de l’estat tinguin diners per prendre decisions contundents.

En el cas català, la manca de diners i de capacitat de decisió que té el nostre govern provoca moltes injustícies. Són 16.000 MEUR a l’any que marxen de Catalunya, i no tornen, en la voluntat dels diferents governs espanyols de massacrar els que no es porten com a humits servidors de la gran nació espanyola.

Aquesta situació provoca que el món rural, una gran part del territori, pateixi les decisions injustes del confinament decretat considerant que és el mateix un barri de la ciutat de Barcelona o de l’Hospitalet que una comarca del territori. Un confinament pensat en clau urbanita no és aplicable a comarques com l’Alt Urgell, l’Ebre, l’Alt Empordà, el Moianès o la Cerdanya.

Recordem que, durant el primer confinament, van tancar alguns mercats de proximitat a l’aire lliure mentre els grans supermercats obrien en locals tancats. Ara, posar un horari inviable d’esmorzars en els bars i restaurants, és encara més ruïna per als anomenats esmorzars de forquilla, que gaudeixen moltes persones per tot el territori rural els caps de setmana.

Viu més gent en una illa de Barcelona que en tota una comarca de muntanya o del centre del país i les decisions preses en clau urbana incideixen molt més greument en el món rural. Pocs són els polítics que hi pensen i veure com la capital del país malversa els diners en decisions “esnobs” per intentar reduir la mobilitat i aboca milers de persones a omplir el mortal transport públic en època de Covid-19 provoca dolor i cansament en el món rural.

Tothom se n’omple la boca de preservar l’entorn rural i els seus productes de proximitat, però poques són les decisions preses en aquest sentit. Ni tan sols s’aprofita la pandèmia per buscar alternatives i cohesionar el país d’una vegada. Prou paraules buides i sí a una aposta de sensibilitat per al món rural, massa cops abandonat per les promeses i decisions preses des d’un despatx urbanita.
