Cowocat_Rural presenta el primer festival de coworking a Catalunya: El CoworkFest

El coworking esdevé un fenomen creixent de dinamització social i econòmica, també en entorns rurals. Així, tot i que, segons l’ONU, dues terceres parts de la població viurà en entorns urbans al 2030, la COVID-19 ha fet que
molts urbanites surtin de les ciutats amb la finalitat d’aprofitar els avantatges del teletreball i les oportunitats d’emprenedoria als pobles. El coworking rural s’ha convertit en l’opció ideal per aquests nous pobladors que necessiten un lloc on innovar i treballar. Així, i de manera indirecta, aquests espais provoquen una activació econòmica del territori i ajuden a fixar-hi la població activa.

Actualment a Catalunya hi ha prop de 40 coworkings en zones rurals que formen part de la xarxa Cowocat_Rural, que aglutinen al voltant de 350 llocs de treball. Un fenomen a l’alça; i és que les empreses comencen a entendre que no tot és competir, sinó que també es tracta de col·laborar i compartir. I això és el que proporcionen els
coworkings: un intercanvi constant d’idees i projectes entre professionals i empreses.

 

I per donar visibilitat i donar a conèixer el moviment coworking de la Catalunya rural, i sobretot els espais que formen la xarxa Cowocat_Rural, neix el Coworkfest, un festival on els escenaris seran els coworkings.

 

Durant una setmana, del 19 al 25 de setembre, 20 espais de tota la Catalunya rural programaran, simultàniament, actes i esdeveniments oberts al públic en general. Més de 50 activitats que inclouen ponències, xerrades, tallers, actes lúdics, jornades de portes obertes, networking… vinculades al coworking i a la dinamització de la comunitat emprenedora, configurant un programa nodrit i atractiu d’activitats.

 

Aquest és el primer Festival de coworking que s’organitza a Catalunya, i podríem dir que també és un dels primers festivals de coworking de tot el món, amb aquest format.

 

El Coworkfest vol també mostrar els espais de coworking com a espais dinàmics, vertebradors de comunitats i acollidors de persones; generar un esdeveniment capaç de posar els espais i el moviment coworking rural en el focus mediàtic a nivell català, obrir-los a la ciutadania i a potencials nous usuaris, difonent el concepte coworking i fer-ho col·laborativament, multiplicant i amplificant la capacitat de projecció individual de cada espai.

Cowocat_Rural és un projecte liderat pel Consorci Intercomarcal d’Iniciatives Socioeconòmiques (Ribera d’Ebre – Terra Alta) en el qual hi participen 10 grups d’acció local de Catalunya. Té com a objectiu potenciar l’atracció i retenció de talent i la creació d’ocupació i activitat econòmica a les zones rurals, i difondre els valors del coworking i del teletreball en els territoris que participen en el projecte.

 

És un projecte de cooperació dels grups d’acció local de Catalunya, cofinançat pel Departament d’Acció Climàtica, Alimentació i Agenda Rural de la Generalitat de Catalunya i el Fons Europeu Agrícola de Desenvolupament Rural (FEADER).
