Els emprenedors de les comarques centrals reben els ADN-Emprèn

Els premis ADN-Emprèn, que reconeixen els emprenedors de la Catalunya Central, tanquen la seva segona edició amb la presentació havent rebut un total de 32 candidatures. L’empresa Intorex de Torelló ha estat l’escenari de l’acte de lliurament dels quatre guardons, impulsats per l’Ajuntament de Torelló, Mas Vinyoles Venture Factory i la Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya (UVic-UCC).

En primer lloc, el premi ADN-Starter – Ajuntament de Torelló, que distingeixen la trajectòria d’una persona que acaba de començar a emprendre, ha recaigut en l’osonenc, Eric Güell, fundador de Showee. L’empresa de Güell desenvolupa dutxes intel·ligents i eco eficients per a persones amb necessitats especials o d’edat avançada, que permeten un estalvi del 50% en la despesa d’aigua i energia. Actualment el projecte es troba en la fase final, a punt per sortir al mercat en els mesos vinents.

Enguany també s’ha estrenat la categoria ADN-Intraprèn, que reconeix la tasca d’una persona o un equip emprenedor dins d’una corporació empresarial o administració pública incorporant la innovació en tecnologia, producte, negoci o organització empresarial. Concretament, ha recaigut en l’equip del programa iDrivers de Girbau Lab, que treballa en futurs nous productes i activitats de l’empresa.

A més a més, ADN-Emprèn també destaca la trajectòria de les persones de mitjana edat que reorienten la seva vida professional amb el Premi ADN-Transformer. Aquest any ha estat entregat al metge neerlandès i resident al Berguedà, Joseph Haynes, qui ha engegat Vidàlia, per reconstruir l’antiga Colònia Vidal a Puig-reig. El projecte s’estructura en tres branques cooperatives (habitatge, consum i serveis) per crear un model de microeconomia circular. Actualment hi treballen 10 persones contractades i 15 voluntaris, i ja han facturat 350.000€.

L’últim premi de la nit ha estat l’ADN-Gurú. Aquest és un premi honorífic que homenatja la trajectòria d’una persona que pot servir de referència a les noves generacions d’emprenedors. Aquest any el guardó ha recaigut en la ninotaire Pilarín Bayés, autora de 920 llibres i gran promotora de les tradicions catalanes.
