Com són els pobles rurals des de la perspectiva LGTB IQ+?

Des de la pandèmia, moltes persones s’han plantejat mudar-se de la ciutat al poble, buscant un ambient més calmat i amb aire pur, apartat de la ciutat i, per tant, apartat de la massificació, la contaminació i, en aquell moment, apartat de la covid i les restriccions provocades per aquest nou virus, que eren més estrictes a les ciutats a causa de la diferència demogràfica.

Els habitants de les ciutats que s’han plantejat aquesta possibilitat, solen idealitzar aquests espais rurals i a vegades se’ns oblida com pot ser la vida en un poble rural. És molt fàcil no plantejar-se problemes i situacions complicades o incomodes des de la perspectiva d’una persona normativa i heterosexual, però des del podcast Comarcal 947 de la setmana passada, se’ns descobreix un tema que pocs ens havíem plantejat: el món rural des del punt de vista de diferents testimonis del col·lectiu LGTB IQ+. 

 

No tot és de color de rosa en aquests pobles, l’estereotip més típic és el de persones de ment tancada, i seria fàcil parlar d’homofòbia, però a través d’aquest podcast descobrim que, tot i que alguns testimonis confirmen aquest estereotip, no deixa de ser una generalització que engloba a moltes persones amb creences i personalitats diferents.

 

La història que xoca més del podcast potser és la de Gal·la Rouge, l’alter ego de l’Isaac Sosa, un noi que viu a un poble de Prades que té 600 habitants. L’Eloi Barrera parla amb ella, que li explica que recentment ha rebut cartes anònimes amb amenaces, i en denunciar-ho públicament ha rebut el suport de part dels veïns del poble. 

 

A Navarcles, al Bages, l’Eloi parla amb en Gabi, un noi transgènere que va haver de marxar del poble durant una època, buscant l’anonimat en un intent de no ser el centre de les mirades, i que ara ja ha tornat a viure al poble i ja no li dona importància quan encara es refereixen a ell amb el seu nom antic. En aquest poble podem veure en els veïns l’estereotip rural de què parlàvem abans i que està en el nostre imaginari col·lectiu, del qual en Gabi va haver de fugir, en un moviment que al reportatge l’han anomenat com a sexili.

 

El reportatge acaba parlant amb una parella de dues noies, la Sílvia i la Marina, que van anar a viure a una vall de la Garrotxa fa set anys, quan acabaven de ser mares. Elles es van mudar sense por, en una època en què, com a societat, no érem tan conscients sobre les persones del col·lectiu. Acabant en una nota positiva, l’experiència d’aquesta parella ha sigut immillorable, ja que no s’han trobat en cap situació incomoda i s’han integrat al poble perfectament.

 

Aquest reportatge ens mostra la situació de diferents persones que viuen i han viscut al món rural, i ens mostra que, com ja sabíem, no tot és blanc o negre, trobem diverses tonalitats de grisos. Tot el reportatge es debat entre el positiu de l’anonimat que aconsegueixes a la ciutat i el suport que et poden donar els veïns del poble. Sí que acaba amb la conclusió que per poder experimentar amb la seva sexualitat, les persones solen buscar l’anonimat de la ciutat. És un reportatge molt interessant i molt recomanable, del qual ens hem volgut fer ressò des de la redacció d’aquest diari.
