Aturem Hard Rock anuncia noves accions judicials i mobilitzacions en contra del projecte Hard Rock

També lamenten que el macrocomplex sigui un dels condicionants en la negociació dels pressupostos.

La Plataforma Aturem Hard Rock ha anunciat noves accions judicials per paralitzar el projecte en les pròximes setmanes. El col·lectiu presentarà dos recursos administratius amb una petició de revocació al Departament d’Economia i una petició de caducitat sobre la llicència de casino atorgada a la companyia, que asseguren està “fora” dels terminis exigits en el concurs públic perquè aquesta està caducada des de l’any 2021. En l’acte de commemoració dels deu anys de la plataforma, fet aquest dilluns, els activistes han explicat que convocaran una “gran” mobilització el pròxim any en una ciutat de les comarques tarragonines per “reivindicar que el futur del Camp no es ven”. A més, també preparen accions sorpreses.

El portaveu de la plataforma, Eloi Redón, ha afirmat que els recursos administratius que presentaran després de les festes de Nadal ja els van presentar fa aproximadament un any i mig, però que llavors, la Generalitat no va entrar en el fons de la qüestió perquè ho van fer a través d’una entitat ecologista, fet pel qual els van excloure del procediment. Ara, ho faran amb una associació relacionada amb el joc. “La batalla més gran és si ens reconeixen com a part a través d’aquestes entitats contra el joc o no”, ha remarcat.

Redón ha subratllat que la caducitat de la llicència del casino és “flagrant” i ha apuntat que abans del setembre de l’any 2021 s’havien d’haver aprovat alguns dels plans urbanístics. “Estem a 2022 i encara no s’ha aprovat ni el Pla Director Urbanístic (PDU)”, ha dit. També ha detallat que hi ha altres clàusules que s’han de tenir en compte en la tramitació. A tall d’exemple, ha especificat que l’empresa que optava a obtenir la llicència havia d’acreditar que n’era la propietària dels terrenys. “Hard Rock no ho pot acreditar perquè no els tenen, com a molt hi ha un contracte molt obscur i que ningú en sap les clàusules, per tant, creiem que la llicència és caduca”, ha concretat.

Pel que fa als dos informes desfavorables emesos pel Departament d’Acció Climàtica i d’Empresa, necessaris per poder donar llum verda al PDU, el portaveu ha lamentat “l’opacitat absoluta” del Govern. Segons Redón, quan van fer públic l’informe d’Acció Climàtica a l’octubre – el qual indicava que les modificacions fetes al PDU no complien els criteris mínims de protecció ambiental-, els van assegurar que en poques setmanes estaria enllestit el document. “L’informe sobre riscos químics era desfavorable, intentaran fer les modificacions que calgui perquè sigui favorable. No en tenim la certesa, ja que ningú l’ha vist, però que tardi tant a fer-se públic ens confirma el que dèiem”, ha sostingut.

A banda, també ha lamentat que els partits estiguin negociant els comptes i que el macrocomplex sigui un dels condicionants. “Que ara PSC i Junts surtin a defensar el projecte tan fervorosament i com a condició absolutament obligatòria per aprovar els pressupostos és simplement un joc de cartes que s’està fent als despatxos de Barcelona sense tenir en compte les entitats del territori, les veïnes i les repercussions dels que ens haurem de menjar aquest projecte, al final és una de les clàssiques de la vella política”, ha reblat. Així mateix, l’activista ha criticat a l’alcalde de Salou, Pere Granados, per les declaracions en les quals afirmava que els inversors marxaven per no avançar amb la tramitació definitiva el PDU. “Estem acostumats a les seves declaracions fora de lloc i totalment incendiaries”, ha opinat.

“Gran” mobilització per al 2023

L’acte de celebració dels deu anys de la creació de la plataforma va aplegar un centenar de persones a l’Antiga Audiència de Tarragona aquest dilluns. Hi van participar tres experts que van repassar la dècada de lluita i van palar sobre les conseqüències “reals” que comportaria la construcció d’un projecte com el Hard Rock. També van anunciar que convocaran per l’any vinent una “gran” mobilització, que es podria celebrar a Salou o Vila-seca. A la vegada, van explicar que reforçaran l’oposició popular al projecte amb el manifest “No juguem, aturem Hard Rock”, que ja agrupa més de 50 col·lectius sindicals, socials, econòmics i ecologistes.
