Unió de Pagesos reclama agilitat en la tramitació dels permisos per la crema de restes vegetals

Una seixantena de persones durant la protesta organitzada per Unió de Pagesos a Reus per demanar més agilitat en la tramitació de permisos de les cremes vegetals

Unió de Pagesos ha reclamat més agilitat i eficiència en la tramitació dels permisos de cremes de restes de poda i vegetals i també l’eliminació de la burocràcia i les traves a la pagesia perquè aquesta pugui fer la seva feina. La protesta, que s’ha fet aquest divendres davant de l’oficina del Departament d’Acció Climàtica, Alimentació i Agenda Rural de Reus, ha aplegat unes 60 persones. El sindicat també ha exigit “màxima diligència i urgència” per al finançament del sector i que es treballi per una modificació de la normativa fiscal, social i econòmica per pal·liar el “fort” encariment dels costos de producció, durant el tràmit dels pressupostos estatals.

Unió de Pagesos va aconseguir el 6 d’octubre la rectificació de la prohibició de cremar restes vegetals a través de la llei de la Política Agrària Comuna (PAC), que està pendent de ratificació al Congrés dels Diputats i al Senat. Mentrestant, el sindicat ha demanat al Departament d’Acció Climàtica que faciliti de la manera “més àgil possible” les autoritzacions excepcionals per a cremes de restes vegetals per raons de caràcter fitosanitari i per prevenció d’incendis forestals.

 

En la concentració d’aquest divendres a Reus, els pagesos també han reclamat totes les “mesures possibles” per al manteniment de les explotacions agràries a Catalunya, després que la majoria de sectors agrícoles i ramaders estan en crisi pel “desmesurat” augment de costos de producció dels últims mesos i per l’elevada factura de l’energia, que en l’últim any s’ha incrementat un 77% només en l’electricitat, així com pels “greus” efectes derivats de la sequera, les gelades i les conseqüències de la guerra a Ucraïna.
