S’obre el termini per presentar projectes de dones rurals al Programa TalentA

La cuarta edición trae como novedad una nueva categoría para premiar el talento femenino universitario.

Ja està disponible l’oportunitat de presentar projectes a la quarta edició del Programa TalentA, que busca valorar el paper clau que suposen les dones per al desenvolupament de l’entorn rural. Una iniciativa que des del 2019 ha aconseguit empoderar a més de 800 dones de 9 nacionalitats diferents.

Amb la novetat de la nova categoria que porta aquesta edició, les opcions de participació i de guanyar un dels quatre premis disponibles, un més que en els anys anteriors, són més altes que mai. Junt amb la ja habitual Dona Rural Emprenedora, i Corteva Agriscience, han decidit posar el focus en el talent femení vinculat al món rural que existeix a les universitats d’Espanya proposant una nova via de participació. Neix així la categoria Càtedra Corteva en cerca de projectes innovadors dissenyats per dones cursant qualsevol modalitat acadèmica, vinculats amb el sector agroalimentari i plantejats per ser desenvolupats en l’entorn rural. Una nova línia de participació que sorgeix gràcies a la col·laboració amb la Universitat de Sevilla i que busca atraure major diversitat de talent i dinamitzar el teixit empresarial dels pobles.

 

Criteris de selecció

La finalitat del Programa TalentA és trobar projectes que necessitin suport extern per superar les barreres de la dona rural. En la categoria Dona Rural Emprenedora els principals criteris de valoració dels projectes són: la lluita contra el despoblament, impacte mediambiental, econòmic i social en l’àmbit on es desenvolupa o la innovació i transformació digital.

 

Pel que fa a la categoria acadèmica Càtedra Corteva, es tindran en compte (a més a més de les anteriors mencionades) el desenvolupament i estructura del projecte, el coneixement i el procés de la investigació, la vinculació i impacte d’aquest projecte en el sector agropecuari o agroalimentari, així com la implementació de la digitalització agrària en el projecte.

 

¿Com participar en la quarta edició del Programa TalentA?

Per a formar part d’aquesta quarta edició, les interessades podran presentar la seva candidatura a través de la pàgina web www.programatalenta.es i consultar qualsevol dubte des del correu electrònic info@ruraltivity.com, des de l’1 de novembre de 2022 fins al 31 de gener de 2023. Els passos són molt senzills:

 

  1. Descarregar les bases de la iniciativa.
  2. Valorar la categoria concreta a la que presentar el projecte.
  3. Preparar els materials i informació de la candidatura.
  4. Enviar els materials a través del formulari web.
  5. Donar visibilitat a la iniciativa a través del #ProgramaTalentA.

 

Totes les guardonades en aquesta quarta edició, concretament un total de quatre dones donada la nova categoria acadèmica, aconseguiran accés a formació i assessorament per part dels professionals del sector, i una campanya de difusió i visibilitat dels seus projectes. A més, el primer projecte premiat en la categoria Dona Rural Emprenedora, obtindrà un finançament de 8.000 € per invertir en el desenvolupament del negoci.

 

FADEMUR (Federació d’Associacions de Dones Rurals a Espanya) i Corteva Agriscience, companyia agrícola referent en tecnologia aplicada a llavors, protecció de cultius i agricultura digital, anunciaran les premiades en el marc del 8 de març de 2022, un moment clau per celebrar el Dia Internacional de la Dona.
