Més de 15 empreses catalanes es podràn promocionar al Katalonien, Wo Essen Kultur ist a Berlin

Aquest dissabte 29 d’octubre, Berlin celebrarà una festa de la castanyada molt especial. El Departament d’Acció Climàtica, Alimentació i Agenda Rural, mitjançant Prodeca, i la Delegació del Govern de la Generalitat a Alemanya, en col·laboració amb l’establiment d’alimentació gourmet i bar de tapes El Colmado, organitza una jornada per descobrir i gaudir de la gastronomia i la cultura catalana. En un exemple de com la gastronomia i l’alimentació s’integra en la cultura catalana, l’esdeveniment comptarà amb la degustació de productes i plats típics catalans (panellets, castanyes i altres dolços) i l’actuació de la colla Castellers de Berlin.

La gastronomia catalana estarà molt present durant els mesos d’octubre i novembre a Alemanya. La celebració de la castanyada s’emmarca en l’organització de l’actuació “Berlin trifft Katalonien” (Berlin descobreix Catalunya), una promoció gastronòmica en punt de restauració a El Colmado durant sis setmanes, i que comptarà amb la participació de 15 empreses catalanes que exposaran més d’una quarantena de referències d’aliments i begudes.

 

D’aquesta manera, a les estanteries d’El Colmado els consumidors alemanys podran adquirir productes com l’arròs bomba del Delta de l’Ebre, anxoves de L’Escala, catànies, una selecció de formatges i embotits catalans, fruits secs, all i oli o oli d’oliva verge extra DOP Siurana, així com més d’una desena de vins i caves catalans, de diverses denominacions d’origen, com la D.O. Alella, D.O. Catalunya, D.O. Terra Alta, D.O. Penedès i D.O. Cava, entre d’altres.

“Berlin trifft Katalonien” té per objectiu que el públic alemany pugui tastar i comprar directament producte català i es complementa amb l’organització de diverses actuacions dirigides al públic professional.

 

Els dimarts 8, 15 i 22 de novembre s’organitzaran tastos exclusius de vins catalans per a distribuïdors, importadors i sommeliers alemanys. El sommelier Daniel Zarazaga en serà el conductor.

 

La promoció dels productes agroalimentaris catalans a Berlin finalitzarà el 29 de novembre, amb l’organització d’un cap de setmana de degustació de gastronomia catalana.

 

Katalonien, Wo Essen Kultur ist: la promoció dels aliments catalans a Alemanya

En línia amb el propòsit d’orientar les empreses agroalimentàries en la seva expansió internacional, el Departament d’Acció Climàtica, Alimentació i Agenda Rural, mitjançant Prodeca, disposa d’una xarxa de professionals amb experiència en el sector en diversos mercats estratègics. Arran de l’acord del Departament d’Acció Climàtica, Alimentació i Agenda Rural amb el Departament d’Acció Exterior i Govern Obert, durant el 2021 es van incorporar tècnics agroalimentaris a les delegacions del Govern a Mèxic, Alemanya, Estats Units i el Regne Unit.

 

La promoció de les empreses i productes del sector agroalimentari a Alemanya es realitza sota la marca agroalimentària Katalonien, Wo Essen Kultur ist (Catalunya, on el menjar és cultura), que serveix per reforçar el posicionament de les produccions agroalimentàries i la gastronomia catalanes i dotar-les d’homogeneïtat comunicativa tant a l’interior del país com a l’exterior.

Sobre Prodeca

Prodeca és una empresa pública adscrita al Departament d’Acció Climàtica, Alimentació i Agenda Rural, de la Generalitat de Catalunya, que té per objecte la promoció dels productes agroalimentaris catalans i el suport a la comercialització i internacionalització de les empreses catalanes del sector. Prodeca treballa coordinadament amb les associacions professionals, entitats i agents que intervenen en la promoció, comercialització i internacionalització agroalimentària, i participa en iniciatives relacionades amb la gastronomia catalana i la Dieta Mediterrània, com a eines de valorització i millora del posicionament dels nostres productes i empreses, a Catalunya i al món.
