Compte enrere per la Setmana del Vi Català, que portarà un centenar d’activitats a tot el territori

La Setmana del Vi Català se celebrarà entre els pròxims 4 i 13 de novembre i comptarà amb un centenar d’activitats repartides per tot el territori i dirigides a tots els públics. L’organització ha detallat que el programa està estructurat en cinc eixos: enoturisme, gastronomia i restauració, activitats comercials, cultura i vi, i activitats divulgatives. Entre d’altres, amb l’edició d’enguany s’habilitarà un espai per als professionals del sector al Gastronomic Forum, on s’ubicarà el Showroom del Vi Català, un taulell amb 32 cellers catalans que exposaran les novetats a restauradors i distribuïdors.

El programa també contempla diversos tastos com una ‘masterclass’ de la DO Cava, un recorregut pels set paisatges de la DO Costers del Segre o un tast de les varietats de la DO Pla de Bages.

 

D’altra banda, la festa anual del vi català acollirà ponències a l’Aula de la Setmana del Vi Català, on els periodistes Empar Moliner i Ramon Francàs obriran l’espai amb una gravació del programa Tast Vertical de Catalunya Ràdio.

 

L’edició també celebrarà el Congrés dels Enòlegs, amb la biodiversitat i la regeneració dels ecosistemes vitivinícoles com a tema clau. I, coincidint amb la Setmana del Vi Català, a Vilafranca tindrà lloc el ‘Most Festival’, un festival internacional del cinema del vi amb projeccions de ficció i documentals relacionats amb el vi.
