L’alcalde de Vila-seca, considera que l’informe d’Acció climàtica no aturarà el projecte Hard Rock

L’alcalde de Vila-seca, Pere Segura, ha tret ferro a l’informe del Departament d’Acció Climàtica que apunta que el nou Pla Director Urbanístic (PDU) no compleix els requisits ambientals per desenvolupar el projecte de Hard Rock. Per Segura aquest és un dels diversos informes que s’elaboren des de la Generalitat i que fent les modificacions escaients el projecte pot tirar endavant. De tota manera, el batlle ha reconegut que les diferències entre departaments poden endarrerir la iniciativa, però ha afirmat que segueix endavant. Segura ha lamentat que després de deu anys encara no s’hagi pogut concloure tota la tramitació administrativa d’un projecte que considera “molt important” per al futur del Camp de Tarragona.

L’alcalde vila-secà ha valorat que l’informe d’Acció Climàtica és “un document intern de treball” i que “hi ha una informes que poden ser desfavorables” però que posteriorment aquestes “visions que els tècnics aporten” s’han d’incloure en el document final. Per tant, en la seva opinió és un tràmit més en l’aprovació definitiva del PDU, que ha situat que es pot produir cap a finals d’any.

 

L’aprovació inicial es va fer al juny i aleshores es va indicar que la definitiva podria ser a principis de la tardor. Això doncs, suposaria un nou endarreriment dels terminis. Una qüestió que pot generar “un punt de risc” de cara als inversors. “És un projecte volgut pel territori, amb precaucions i sensibilitat, però arribarà un punt que els inversors es tornaran bojos”, ha exclamat Segura, que ha lamentat la lentitud administrativa. “No és normal que estiguem deu anys tramitant, discutint i discernint determinades qüestions”, ha assenyalat, i ha demanat “fer autocrítica com a país”.

 

Respecte el contingut del PDU, el batlle ha afirmat que té “una sensibilitat ambiental important” i ha valorat que preveu una reserva de terrenys per compensacions ambientals àmplia, si bé és una iniciativa “que té les seves complexitat”. Així, ha reiterat que sigui una aposta “de país” igual que “la Copa Amèrica o les Olimpíades d’Hivern del Pirineu”.

 

Finalment, respecte les discrepàncies que mantenen des de fa uns mesos Vila-seca i Salou pel repartiment de la fiscalitat del projecte, Segura ha explicat que encara no hi ha pacte. “No hem millorat massa però sempre hi ha voluntat per arribar a acords i d’alguna manera o altra hi arribarem”, ha comentat.
