EolicCat denuncia que el decret de renovables ha resultat insuficient per cobrir les necessitats del territori

EolicCat reclama al Govern “més decisió” per “fer efectiva” la transició energètica. En aquest sentit, l’associació d’empreses eòliques assegura que, un any després d’aprovar-se el decret de renovables, aquest ha resultat “insuficient” per cobrir les necessitats del territori. Segons els càlculs d’EolicCat, la Generalitat ha posat a informació pública vuit parcs eòlics, que suposen una potència de 304,27 MW. Es tracta només d’un 7,5% dels 3.392 MW que la Generalitat té en cartera. Així mateix, recalquen que segons l’Observatori d’Energies Renovables de Catalunya (OBERCat), les prop de 13.000 noves instal·lacions d’autoconsum del 2021, sumades a les ja existents, van aportar un 0,6% de l’actual demanda elèctrica.

“Cal que des del Govern de la Generalitat es prenguin mesures urgents per recuperar la tramitació de la major part dels projectes eòlics de Catalunya”, indiquen les companyies eòliques en un comunicat.

 

En relació amb els vuit parcs eòlics trets a informació pública, EolicCat detalla que són els primers parcs eòlics tramitats des del 30 de juny del 2017. Ara bé, asseguren que des de l’aprovació del decret no els consta la presentació de cap nou projecte de parc, fet que consideren que posa de manifest “la baixa confiança” dels promotors. “Cal capgirar la tendència per no posar en risc la sobirania energètica”, avisen. Així mateix, consideren “imprescindible” reduir els terminis de tramitació.

 

Després de tot, EolicCat celebra que s’ha avançat en l’autoconsum gràcies a la simplificació dels tràmits i els ajuts públics per al seu finançament.
