El Celler Masroig recupera la celebració de la Festa del Vi Novell el pròxim 12 de novembre

El Celler Masroig torna a recuperar enguany la seva tradicional Festa del Vi Novell després de dos anys de semiaturada per la crisi sanitària. El pròxim 12 de novembre el celler tornarà a celebrar la seva esperada festa, on els seguidors del vi novell tornaran a gaudir de l’espinjolament de la bota, enguany de la mà dels germans Júlia i Pau Serrasolsas, Ginestà, que amb la seva sonoritat sofisticada i contemporània posaran el punt musical a la trobada.

La festa arrencarà a les 21:00h a la plaça del Celler Masroig amb el pregó dels padrins i el tradicional espinjolament de la bota, que donarà el tret de sortida a tot un vespre de celebració on els assistents podran gaudir de la nova anyada del Vi Novell del celler i maridar-lo amb una proposta gastronòmica de proximitat, tot gaudint de la música de Ginestà, que arrencarà el seu concert a les 21:30h. A més, el celler servirà també el nou oli del raig perquè els assistents puguin degustar el primer oli de la nova collita.

Una de les característiques que defineix el Vi Novell del Celler Masroig és la seva imatge, que canvia cada any per transmetre els conceptes de festa i tradició que envolten l’arribada del primer vi de l’any.

 

El concepte d’aquest any gira al voltant de la importància de tot allò que envolta el vi novell, més enllà del producte en si: festa, celebració, tradició, menjar, gent… La imatge del Vi Novell 2022 es donarà a conèixer uns dies abans de la festa, i serà el tret de sortida a la celebració d’enguany.

Sobre el Vi Novell

El Vi Novell no és només vi, és una manera de donar la benvinguda a la nova collita i de celebrar el final de la verema. Un homenatge a la cultura i la tradició. L’espinjolament de la bota es porta a terme des de fa generacions, coincidint al calendari amb la celebració de Sant Martí.

 

El Vi Novell és el primer vi de la temporada. Un cupatge amb garnatxa i carinyena, molt fresc i afruitat, que convida a beure’l de manera informal i sense complexos. Un vi que pot acompanyar tota mena d’àpats, i que marida molt bé amb embotit però també amb productes típics de tardor, com ara els bolets o la carabassa.

 

La tradicional Festa del Vi Novell del Celler Masroig, pioner en la recuperació d’aquesta tradició catalana que celebra des de fa 13 anys, ha comptat amb l’apadrinament de diferents figures del món de la cultura i la comunicació, com ara Joan Reig, bateria d’Els Pets; Aina Clotet, actriu; Bibiana Ballbé, presentadora de televisió; o Judit Martin, actriu i humorista.
