La Guia de Vins de Catalunya celebra els seus 15 anys aquest proper 24 d’octubre

La Guia de Vins de Catalunya 2023 veurà la llum el proper 24 d’octubre. La ja tradicional festa de presentació tindrà lloc a la Sala Àgora de l’Hotel World Trade Center de Barcelona, des de les 11:30 fins a les 20 hores, i comptarà amb la presència de 70 cellers de totes les Denominacions d’Origen del territori català.

A les 12 hores se celebrarà La Cerimònia de lliurament dels premis als millors Vins d’entre les gairebé 1200 referències presentades a aquesta edició 2023. Un cop finalitzat l’acte s’obrirà el tast lliure on els professionals del sector podran tastar les referències que han obtingut més de 9.50 punts just el dia que la Guia surt a la venda.

 

A més, La Guia d’enguany presenta una novetat important, i és que l’equip de tastadors s’amplia. Fins ara compost, per la Sílvia Naranjo i en Jordi Alcover, directors de la Guia, en aquesta edició s’han afegit al tast el sommelier Fran Ortiz, Victòria Ibánez Morilla, vicepresidenta de Barcelona Associació Catalana de Sommeliers, Sergi Sevé, distribuïdor de vi català i Cristina Martínez, empresària d’hostaleria.

 

Des dels seus orígens, l’any 2008, fins a l’actualitat, La Guia de Vins de Catalunya ha anat consolidant-se com a una eina imprescindible per a valorar l’evolució dels vins catalans. No només ha agafat impuls la guia pròpiament sinó també la festa de presentació anual, que esdevé any rere any un dels actes més representatius del sector del vi a Catalunya i punt de trobada imprescindible pels professionals del sector, tant pels sommeliers, prescriptors, restauració i premsa, com pels elaboradors i cellers. Així ho demostren les xifres d’assistència de les darreres edicions, reunint més de 1000 professionals edició rere edició.
