Els Agents Rurals activen el nivell 3 del Pla Alfa a dotze municipis de l’Alt Empordà

Els Agents Rurals han activat aquest dijous a dos quarts d’onze del matí el nivell 3 del Pla Alfa a dotze municipis de l’Alt Empordà per risc d’incendis i han restringit els accessos al massís de l’Albera. Segons informen en un comunicat, l’entrada de vent de tramuntana ha fet augmentar el perill. Ahir, davant la previsió de pluja, els Agents Rurals van optar per desactivar les restriccions que havien d’entrar en vigor a mitjanit però les tempestes només van descarregar una precipitació acumulada de 2 litres per mestre quadrat en aquesta zona del nord-est de Catalunya. Les restriccions afecten Cantallops, Colera, Espolla, Garriguella, la Jonquera, Llançà, Mollet de Peralada, Portbou, Rabós, Sant Climent Sescebes, Vilajuïga i Vilamaniscle.

Aquest matí, a les 10.30 hores, han activat el nivell 3 del Pla Alfa als dotze municipis de l’Alt Empordà i el Cos d’Agents Rurals ha restringit els accessos al massís de l’Albera. L’activació està motivada d’una banda per la falta de pluja i, de l’altra, per l’entrada de vent de tramuntana, que han incrementat el perill d’incendi a la zona.

 

Les tempestes de les darreres hores no van afectar la zona de l’Albera, on només es va registrar una precipitació acumulada de 2 litres per metre quadrat. Aquestes mateixes tempestes, en canvi, van deixar pluges d’entre 20 i 30 litres per metre quadrat al cap de Creus, a pocs quilòmetres.

 

L’activació del nivell 3 del Pla Alfa, el nivell màxim previst, implica la suspensió de totes les activitats amb risc d’incendi forestal. Els Agents Rurals recorden que està totalment prohibit fer foc i llençar pirotècnia en zones forestals i el seu entorn i demanen prudència a la zona. Nou de cada deu incendis estan relacionats amb l’activitat humana.

El Pla Alfa és el procediment operatiu establert pel Cos d’Agents Rurals per definir les actuacions dels efectius de vigilància i prevenció d’incendis davant les situacions de perill d’incendi forestal que es puguin produir.

 

Aquestes situacions es graduen en una escala de 4 nivells, de 0 a 3, per a cada comarca, essent 0 el nivell baix i 3 nivell extrem de perill d’incendi. L’activació de cada nivell comporta un grau de mobilització dels efectius i la realització de determinades actuacions preventives.

 

La Direcció General dels Agents Rurals elabora diàriament el Pla Alfa en funció del perill de risc d’incendi forestal i altres eines d’anàlisi que elabora el Servei de Prevenció d’Incendis Forestals de la Direcció General d’Ecosistemes Forestals i Gestió del Medi del Departament d’Acció Climàtica, Alimentació i Agenda Rural.
