El Segrià sec presenta el Pla Integral d’Intervenció Municipal d’IdRural a la Consellera de Drets Socials

Representants de la Comunitat de Municipis del Segrià Sec i d’idRural han mantingut una reunió de treball molt profitosa amb la Consellera de Drets Socials, Violant Cervera, per exposar-li els objectius de l’Associació i el Pla d’Intervenció Municipal que ha servit de base per la creació de l’entitat. El Segrià Sec ha ofert la seva total
col·laboració a Drets Socials per acollir les proves pilot de nous programes de serveis en entorns rurals.

Alcaldes i representants de la Comunitat de Municipis del Segrià Sec i de l’Associació per la innovació, el desenvolupament i la participació social al món rural- idRural han mantingut aquest divendres una trobada amb la Consellera de Drets Socials de la Generalitat de Catalunya, Violant Cervera. La reunió, celebrada a la seu del
Departament de Drets Socials a Barcelona, ha servit per presentar-li l’entitat i els seus objectius. Així mateix, la Consellera ha tingut l’oportunitat de conèixer de primera mà el Pla Integral d’Intervenció Municipal realitzat a Almatret i que ha servit de base per la posada en marxa d’idRural. El pla parteix de les necessitats manifestades per la població d’Almatret i compartides pels municipis de l’àmbit del Segrià Sec. A més, el document recull les línies estratègiques a seguir per cobrir les mancances detectades i que es basen en l’economia verda, la corresponsabilitat comunitària, la digitalització, l’habitatge i les accions centrades en les persones.

 

idRural vol promoure iniciatives público-privades destinades a revitalitzar les zones rurals centrades en el benestar de la població, l’impuls econòmic, la rehabilitació d’habitatges i la lluita contra la bretxa digital. Un model que, segons la Comunitat de Municipis del Segrià Sec i idRural, pot aplicar-se a als micropobles d’entorn rural d’arreu de Catalunya. L’alcalde d’Almatret i president d’idRural, Jordi Tarragó, ha destacat que “els micropobles compartim problemàtiques i objectius, per això creiem que aquest projecte sorgit a Almatret i al Segrià Sec pot ser una eina de canvi efectiva a altres punts del país”. Des del Segrià Sec agraeixen i valoren molt positivament “l’especial sensibilitat de la Consellera i el seu equip amb els micropobles i les zones rurals”. L’alcaldessa de Llardecans i vicepresidenta d’idRural, Carme Pinyol, ha assistit també a la trobada d’aquest divendres i ha destacat “la voluntat de treball conjunt”.

 

El Segrià Sec ha ofert la seva total col·laboració al Departament de Drets Socials per acollir les proves pilot de nous programes de serveis en entorns rurals. Seguint aquesta línia de treball, el proper dilluns es celebrarà una nova trobada de la Comunitat de Municipis del Segrià Sec i d’idRural a la qual assistirà el director dels serveis territorials de Drets Socials a Lleida, Joan Segura.

 

Sobre la Comunitat de Municipis del Segrià Sec i l’Assocaició idRural
La Comunitat de Municipis del Segrià Sec és un associació formada pels ajuntaments d’Almatret, Llardecans, Maials, Sarroca de Lleida i Torrebesses. L’objectiu de la Comunitat és el foment i desenvolupament econòmic i social local, així com la promoció del turisme i el patrimoni cultural i paisatgístic a la zona. Tot plegat, buscant la millora de la qualitat de vida de la ciutadania del territori.

 

L’Associació idRural, neix a partir d’un estudi realitzat per l’Ajuntament d’Almatret i de les necessitat detectades fruït de la col·laboració entre els municipis de la Comunitat de Municipis del Segrià Sec. Aquesta entitat sense ànim de lucre es constitueix amb l’objectiu d’impulsar i desenvolupar projectes de participació social que afavoreixin la revaloració de l’espai rural; tenint sempre en compte la millora de les condicions de vida, el benestar i la cohesió social i territorial de les zones rurals i especialment els micropobles.
