Estudiants de la Universitat de Lleida podràn fer pràctiques remunerades a zones rurals

El Consell de govern de la Universitat de Lleida (UdL) ha aprovat una convocatòria de pràctiques acadèmiques -tant curriculars com extracurriculars- en zones rurals amb problemes de despoblació. Hi podran optar estudiants de grau i màster oficials de la UdL que vulguin completar la seva formació en municipis de menys de 5.000 habitants de qualsevol territori de l’Estat, on hauran de residir durant el període de pràctiques. En total, seran dotze beques, de 1.000 euros bruts mensuals, que es distribuiran preferentment entre 6 estudiants de la branca d’humanitats i ciències socials i jurídiques, i 6 de ciències de la salut, enginyeria i arquitectura. D’altra banda, el Consell de govern ha aprova el Pla estratègic de la UdL amb l’horitzó 2030.

Les pràctiques remunerades en zones rurals es podran fer en ajuntaments, organismes públics, associacions, cambres de comerç, entitats sense ànim de lucre i empreses, entre l’1 de juny i el 31 d’octubre, amb una durada mínima de tres mesos i màxima de cinc.

 

Aquesta convocatòria s’emmarca en el Programa Campus Rural del Ministeri per a la transició ecològica i el repte de demogràfic, el Ministeri d’Universitats i la Conferència de Rectors de les Universitats Espanyoles (CRUE) que té com a objectiu potenciar aquests territoris entre el jovent “per què puguin veure’l com un lloc d’oportunitats per al desenvolupament del seu futur professional”.

 

Pla estratègic 2030

D’altra banda, el Consell de govern de la UdL ha donat llum verda aquest dimecres al nou Pla estratègic de la institució, que marcarà les línies de treball fins al 2030 i que haurà de ser aprovat pel Consell Social. Abraça cinc àmbits: docència, aprenentatge i ocupabilitat; recerca i transferència del coneixement; relació amb el territori i internacionalització; comunitat universitària i polítiques transversals, i organització, recursos i serveis. El document explica que tot i que la crisi de la covid-19 va fer endarrerir l’inici del procés d’elaboració del Pla, “ha ajudat a dibuixar l’estratègia de futur com a organització, pensant en com afrontar, resistir o sobreviure en aquest nou escenari”.

 

El Pla Estratègic 2030 estableix set palanques de canvi: l’especialització temàtica de la docència en les àrees d’agroalimentació, salut, tecnologia i sostenibilitat i desenvolupament social i territorial; la innovació docent “amb una combinació òptima de presencialitat i virtualitat”; la recerca multidisciplinària d’impacte; la captació i consolidació del talent; l’eficiència organitzativa millorant l’estructura i la governança; la transformació digital “de forma transversal i en sentit ampli, que sustenti un model d’universitat flexible, àgil i global adreçat a estudiantat de tot el món”, i la vinculació al territori combinada amb la projecció internacional.

 

“Un aspecte destacable és la incorporació de l’estratègia digital, que és una de les set palanques i que ha tingut un desenvolupament en paral·lel al del Pla Estratègic, amb la definició d’objectius i actuacions específiques que afecten la comunitat universitària, l’ecosistema TIC i el sistema d’informació”, ha destacat el vicerector de Política Institucional i Planificació Estratègica de la UdL, Ferran Badia. Aquest Pla és el resultat d’un procés participatiu on han pres part un centenar de persones.

 

En la sessió d’aquest dimecres, també s’han acceptat els recursos presentats contra l’acord del Consell de govern del 14 de desembre d’un concurs per al proveïment de vacants de llocs de treball de personal laboral d’administració i serveis mitjançant sistema de trasllat i reincorporació d’excedències, promoció interna i nou ingrés, per cobrir places d’auxiliar de serveis i punt d’informació. Ara manca l’aprovació per part del Consell Social de la UdL.
