El Solsonès crea un projecte per generar bioproductes propis aprofitant actius naturals presents al territori

El Projecte d’Especialització Competitiva Territorial (PECT) BioMarkets pretén impulsar la transformació econòmica de les comarques del Pirineu en base a la potenciació de la bioeconomia de base agroforestal com a sector emergent. L’objectiu del projecte, amb una dotació de 2,3 milions d’euros, és crear un entorn d’innovació de bioproductes propis del Solsonès, com ara bolets, tòfones, restes vegetals de diferents orígens, subproductes i residus de la fracció orgànica de l’abocador comarcal i plantes aromàtiques i medicinals, i traslladar la valorització d’aquests actius naturals disponibles i infrautilitzats en el territori a la resta de comarques de muntanya. La previsió és crear entre 15 i 20 llocs de treball.

El projecte està coordinat pel Consell Comarcal del Solsonès i la participació com a socis de la Diputació de Lleida, el Patronat de Promoció Econòmica de la Diputació de Lleida i el Centre de Ciència i Tecnologia Forestals de Catalunya (CTFC) i compta amb una dotació pressupostaria de 2.317.545,69 euros. Així, es volen crear les condicions necessàries en el territori per desenvolupar noves cadenes de valor en l’àmbit de la producció de bioproductes de muntanya a partir de valoritzar actius naturals que hi ha al territori.

 

Les principals línies de treball del projecte són la quantificació i la qualificació del capital natural disponible, la creació d’espais per a la innovació oberta i col·laborativa i el desenvolupament empresarial de nous models de negoci al voltant d’aquestes noves cadenes de valor, la transferència tecnològica i del coneixement al sector productiu i emprenedor, i l’habilitació d’espais per a la validació tecnològica.

 

Durant la presentació del projecte, el president de la Diputació de Lleida, Joan Talarn, ha explicat que es tracta de “desenvolupar un nou model en xarxa col·laboratiu de bioproductes” i crear un entorn “d’innovació” per a l’experimentació de nous itineraris en cadenes de valor de bioproductes propis del Solsonès”. Segons la presidenta del consell comarcal, Sara Alarcón, ha indicat que “neix del diàleg, de la comunicació entre les persones que va posar l’accent en els recursos endògens de la comarca del Solsonès”. “Aquell que són intrínsecs, que ja tenim i que hem de posar en valor, són la nostra marca, la que ens fa diferents d’altres països”, ha assenyalat.

 

El director del CTFC, Antoni Trasobares, ha explicat que al centre “no només treballen la part tècnica, és a dir, fer les transformacions tecnològiques per acabar tenint un producte de més valor afegit que sigui atractiu al mercat, sinó també en el marc regulador”. En aquest sentit, cal “ubicar quins camins i quins actors del mercat poden fer la seva cadena de valor competitiva i, finalment, treballar a nivell professionalitzat, o sigui, de màrqueting, de brànding i crear, amb aquesta identitat, no només un producte local, no només del Solsonès, sinó del Prepirineu i de tot el territori de Lleida”, ha afegit.

 

El vicepresident del Patronat de Promoció Econòmica de la Diputació de Lleida, Carles Gibert, ha posat en valor la necessitat valoritzar aquests recursos per “ser capaços de produir, amb aquesta transformació econòmica, aliments, béns, serveis i energia”. Així, s’ha referit a bioproductes, bioenergia, biomaterials, carburants i, sobretot, a energies renovables.

Els Projectes d’especialització i competitivitat territorial (PECT) són projectes col·laboratius liderats per entitats públiques locals que afavoreixen la innovació com a motor de transformació econòmica del territori. El PECT BioMarkets compta amb tres socis i la coordinació del Consell Comarcal del Solsonès i vol impulsar el procés de transició cap a un model basat en la bioeconomia, a partir dels recursos naturals endògens de la comarca com a vector de cohesió social i generador de noves economies productives de valor afegit.
