L’Associació de Micropobles celebra l’assemblea anual ordinària per decidir el seu futur

El passat dissabte 27 de novembre es va celebrar al Centre Social de L’Estany (Moianès) l’Assemblea anual ordinària de l’Associació de Micropobles.

El Vicepresident del Govern i Conseller de Territori, Jordi Puigneró, va ser l’encarregat d’obrir l’acte amb un discurs en què va reivindicar la lluita contra el despoblament i va posar en valor les “macrooportunitats” presents als micropobles.

 

A continuació es va constituïr la mesa, formada per l’alcaldessa de Josa i Tuixent, Marta Poch, per Joaquim Miralles, alcalde d’Arnes, i per Montse Isern, regidora d’Aguilar de Segarra. El President de l’Associació, Mario Urrea, va fer un repàs a la memòria d’activitats 2020-2021 i va destacar la feina feta per les diferents sectorials (Energia, Cultura, Territori, Acció Social, Agricultura, Habitatge, Educació, Mobilitat…) entre les quals hi ha el projecte d’acollida de persones refugiades, l’organització dels Jocs Florals Rurals i del Festival Itinera, la participació a l’Agenda Rural i a l’Agenda Urbana, la col·laboració al projecte “Barcelona, capital mundial de l’Alimentació”, la prova pilot de promoció de l’habitatge al món rural, la reobertura d’escoles rurals, etc.

 

La seixantena d’assistents van aprovar el projecte d’Estatuts de l’Associació, el document de Reglament de Règim Intern, que inclou com a novetat la possibilitat de que els municipis de més de 1.000 habitants amb característiques concretes es puguin adherir com a socis; la memòria econòmica 2019-2021 i els pressupostos per al 2022, amb un increment significatiu respecte anys anteriors.

 

La cloenda de l’acte va ser a càrrec de la Consellera de la Presidència, Laura Vilagrà, que es va comprometre a abordar les problemàtiques del món rural i a treballar-les bilateralment amb el territori.

La jornada va estar amenitzada pel duet Frank Barnes & David Giorcelli i va ser conduïda per Laura Farré. Tots els assistents van rebre una bossa de tela i una samarreta amb el lema “#SomMicropoble”.
