12 alcaldes i una trentena de personalitats signen un manifest reivindicant el Baix Montseny com a realitat diferenciada

Dotze alcaldes i una trentena de personalitats han signat un manifest per reivindicar el Baix Montseny com una realitat diferenciada. El text es fa públic coincidint amb la decisió del Ministeri de Sanitat de deixar a part dels seus municipis en fase 0, mentre que els corresponents a les comarques de Girona passen a la fase 1. Els signants remarquen que les divisions territorials i les mesures polítiques “s’han de correspondre a la realitat existent” en lloc de “forçar amb calçador l’adaptació de la societat a les línies dels mapes”. “Mostrem la nostra disconformitat amb la determinació presa pel Ministeri i aprofitem per reivindicar la necessitat d’estructurar aquest territori d’acord amb la seva idiosincràsia”, expressen al manifest.

Al text, a més, recorden que tot i que la Conselleria de la Salut sí que va diferenciar el seu territori per “harmonitzar” les fases de confinament d’una banda i altra de la ratlla provincial no s’ha mantingut aquesta divisió un cop el govern espanyol ha hagut d’aprovar la proposta.

“Que el Baix Montseny estigui dividit en dues fases entorpeix les relacions habituals i normals”, critica Andreu Pujol, un dels impulsors del manifest i regidor de Breda, en declaracions a l’ACN. Segons Pujol, la “comarca natural” del Baix Montseny –dividida entre el Vallès Oriental i La Selva- és “una realitat viva” que es concreta en fluxos de població i relacions culturals i comercials, que ara es veuran trencades per la diferenciació de fases.

Malgrat la situació, però, els impulsors han volgut aprofitar la polèmica per “donar a conèixer” la realitat de la zona. “Sempre que s’obre el meló de la divisió territorial, al Baix Montseny hi ha moviments per reivindicar la realitat pròpia”, destaca Pujol.

Entre els signants inicials d’aquest manifest hi ha dotze alcaldes i també personalitats de la societat civil. Entre aquests darrers, hi ha noms com el del geògraf Marti Boada, el periodista Eloi Vila, el pallasso Tortell Poltrona, l’artista Perejaume, l’exdiputat Albano Dante Fachín, el músic Joan Colomo, el periodista Lluís Gendrau, l’editor i exdiputat a Madrid Joan Puig, el Secretari General de Treball de la Generalitat de Catalunya Josep Ginesta, l’actor Quim Masferrer o l’exdiputat del Parlament Jordi Cuminal.

Els alcaldes signants del manifest són Raül Garcia (Sant Celoni), Dídac Manresa (Breda), Nil Papiol (Hostalric), Martí Pujol (Llinars del Vallès), Jordi Xena (Santa Maria de Palautordera), Josep Maria Bagot (Riells i Viabrea), Joan Mora (Vallgorguina), Joan Pons (Vilalba Sasserra), Raul Valentín (Sant Antoni de Vilamajor), Marc Uriach (Gualba) i Maria Immaculada Font (Campins), Albert Rovira (Fogars de Montclús).
